The front section is log and the single story back section is a more recent frame addition, but if doors or windows are wanted from this section it is no problem getting them.
Here are some more specifics about the cabin and the contents the cabin itself - It is two stories, measures 18 X 30, and is in excellent shape I am pretty certain that it is oak throughout
Logs measure in the area of 10 to 12 inches in height and look to be oak - there are smaller 7'' logs on the top plate.
First floor windows are 2 pane per window and there are 4 in total they all measure 33in x 51 1/2in high - each window is surrounded by a sill built out of 1 by 4s
Second floor windows are 6 pane each and there are 5 of them in total - they have the same dimensions and sills as the first floor. Addition Windows include two 2 pane and one 4 pane window which are both the same size as the others. There are also two odd sized windows (one 2 pane and one 4 pane) sizes 24in x 35in high and 26in x 32in high- There are also a lot of additional windows laying around and there are some on the out buildings.
Wallcovering & ceilings are made of all tongue and groove beadboard it measures 4 and 5/8 in width - this is covered by cheap 1/4 inch paneling on the first floor and with wall paper on the second, but all rooms of the original structure are covered in tongue and groove from floor to ceiling and including the ceiling.
Floors look to be yellow pine tongue and grove and are in 3 1/2 inch widths standard and judging from the scraps used in the chinking it looks to be 1 inch thick - covers both the first and second floors.
Rafters are 2 x 4 rough sawn (circular saw marks). Joists in basement are 2 x 8's set on a 1/2 round main beam in the crawl (main beam just like modern house construction style w floor joists bisecting the main beam)
Doors & hardware - there are 3 antique 32in doors and 5 skeleton key lock sets and 2 small hand made doors one for the stairs and the other for the stair well closet.
Stairs are made of 1x and are narrrow and pretty plain in general. There is a ton of flooring and toung and grove that goes with this place and everything looks to be in great shape.
